It's a pity one could not get the source documents (it's unlikely they
used word for the books, probably some non-wysiwyg text processor) and
make a searchable PDF out of them.  Likewise, to have the map graphics
in a format that could be zoomed up and printed at the same quality
level.

When you make the CD's, you have my full blessing to add the postscript,
excel and word tools to the set.

I would hope that 20 CD set includes us and not just your local group.
