Starting New Game or Joining Game

Love all the recent activity on the list, great to see so many people
chatting about the game.

I was wondering if there are any players/fans of the game in the LA/OC area
of Southern California?  Since I moved away from Baltimore, MD  7 years
ago, I have had very little opportunity to play or run P&P.   The system
being what it is, tends to scare off most non-gaming veterans from the
golden age of RPG, so I have not really had much luck getting anyone else
interested, other then my wife (who love to play).

So I was interested in either playing in a current existing P&P game or
running a new one, and wondered what the interest level was, keeping in
mind the geographical boundaries that I am dealing with.
