Site update

I am slowly updating the website. I have done the Index, Background,
Players, Worlds & Adventures, Tools and Mailing List pages up to now. The
Rules and Perilous Lands sections will follow soon, maybe even this year ;>

Some slight chances to the layout, should be hard to spot.

Added a hex map from Burton to the tools section.
Added an encounter generator from Burton to the tools section.
Added a NEW section to the Index page, which should list the newest
additions (last two months for now).
Added a few links to links.htm
Added a link to Floyd's Online Creature list in the tools section
