Yes, they are available. My group created them. We have several versions
of books one and two, with varying deviations from the originals. The
`original' version is slightly incomplete, since none of us was willing to
type up some of the less intelligent tables (e.g., those implementing the
`divide by ten and round up' operation), that had come out bad in the
scanning process. There are also versions with errata applied, and with
some rules from other sources included. There even is a half-finished
attempt to create an html version, which I might actually finish whenever
I feel like playing with XSLT again. Oh, and no, I'm not going to do a
Word version. Or an RTF one. It's not worth my trouble. Word can read
HTML. So.
