I dont have my books handy(I leave them where we play)
but have the computer books1/2

I dont recall the human cultures there very well but I think they were
elder/sidh friendly?
If not that may effect things.

Do you allow multimage training? or Elder mage for fairy?
I think such things are optional so I must ask.

I will have to look up the NPC style starting spell limits as I have
tended to buy lots of EL0 spells instead of few higher levels.
