Well, I want some archer skill to have some play, as well as a lot of
randomness.  That's why I chose the -20 table (all items are lofted), but
User EL does aid in getting the loft angle right.

In any case, a "hit" should be rolled randonly to see who it did hit in the
bunch.

||Speaking of Arrows how about catching a arrow at 100 mph in your hand?

Short of martial arts movies, I don't know.  When on the range I can
certainly track the arrows with my eyes, but I'm pretty sure I don't have
the reflexes to bat one aside, much less catch one.
