It is rare for characters yes.  But theres always that rare chance or evil GM
who sends a guy
in the future or in some trance for 50 years :)  I'm mainly using the system
for NPCs (ie
the old scholar who is too old to hold a book anymore due to his hands
shaking...etc)...
