[PnP] Mass Combat comments

I have given minimal thought to this over the past years. As to the tables 
presented, Alex' is closer to what it should be for such units.
What thoughts I had on leadership divided the bonuses for it to an offensive 
ability and a defensive ability. Offensive potential was based on I+E. 
Defensive was W+Em . I consider both reasonable. I allows the formulation of 
a viable plan, E quick response to situations. W grants the tenacity to 
stand and hold, Em the insight to see where the enemy is headed and be 
prepared to stop them.
