  Of course purification of a Natural Magic Item/Material would likely not
work in regaining the magical value of the natural magic. Anything that
could remove the 'contaminant' would likely remove the natural magic along
with it, that is presuming that the natural magic hasn't already been
removed or damaged by what contaminated it (perhaps a failed attempt to
Enhance it).
