[PnP] Powers and Perils Rights

Quite frankly, if seeking profit was my driving force, I would let the
system molder. The chance any will be found there without a major shift into
computer gaming is slightly more than nil. I want the rights so I can
perfect the system, with the help of the members here. I wish to do so for
myself and, in some way, to reward everyone here for their loyalty and love
for my game. Money would be a nice fringe but is barely a secondary
consideration.
