[PnP] Phoenix magics + Ap

   Shamans have some intrinsic benefits, so Will and Em work well for them, and Sidh creature get good empathy scores. I like it how it is.
   For bardic music, I don't see the need for any changes. The PnP bard would essentialy be a wizard (or Magician) who somatically uses music. If a Bard capability were to be added, I would make it a modifier, not a category (similar to Elder Wizards).
   Appearance scores have always left a bad taste in my mouth. The independant progression works well to keep the effects moderate. I like it, as is, but it could (possibly) be changed to, say, physical bonus x 2 as a modifier. This would help to stream-line.

Speaking of Ap, I am not fond of it having its own progression table. I
would prefer if it shared the progression that other attributes have.
