[PnP] Powers and Perils Rights

[Alex Koponen]

Alaska time is 4 hours earlier than (after) EST.
I am NEVER available Sunday evenings. Rarely available Saturday evenings.
Randomly available other times due to my job and occasional family
responsibilities. Most times I can make available, but sometimes other
things will have priority. I do not want to be online from 2AM to 8AM on
any day (I need my sleep).
