[PnP] Balance is not just a way of life...its monsters

Won't be changing the files again. Will look at shadow questions. As to INT 
questions, felt an INT of 10 was too high for a "mortal" creature. Changed 
those that had it. Te'sla needed more smarts than it had. Changes made to 
Shadow things, if errors found, will be posted here. Lack of PR for them is 
because poison can't harm them. Will be explicit when post on subject.
