Well this is more a Materials thing than labor.  Labor costs I've not
gotten to though I believe I have good data on it already from teh 2 books
and many sites out there.  I got equipment costs for alot of gear but the
basic timber which I still believe is the bulk of the ship costs beyond
labor has to be figured eventually.  Will figure something and if folks
need to they can change it :)
