[PnP] Western lands remap, physical, first draft

If I use a scan from the book I have to 1) clean up the scanned
half-tone to create a solid tone image. I then have to try and massage
the image to make sure it tiles properly.

I'd rather just do it as a process than try and tile a fixed-resolution
graphic. This gives me the flexibility or working on any resolution of
map.

Last night I went about and re-did my Goiden map (which I'll get here
eventually), and figured out a very nice method to eliminate the odd way
the rivers don't blend into the whole. I'll see about getting this last
version out on Monday.

I think, due to the scale and desire for detail I'm going to have to
produce regional maps, rather than try and cram everything on one page.

I'll probably start with Vulca first.

I actually don't mess with my emailer settings. My text is white since
I have a back background for my system colors. Prefer that. I often
get emails that are white on white as well and have to cut/past into
notepad to read :). Yours like above is blue on black. Which is hard
to read till i highlight it.

This is yellow

Cyan. Black. White again. How do those show up?

Map looks good. Updated one. Why don't you use the key that is in the
map book page 1? Just use THAT swamp blotch? Crop it into photoshop and
then use it? Everyone knows that key by now. Would that work?
