[PnP] A'korchu map status

A better sample. I found some good fonts to use for symbols. Forts
and cities match original map colors. Special sites use red.
Still no roads yet (later, after all the sites are in)

I've started to implement the sites and borders layers based on
Richard's information and markup. Enclosed is a sample of the
northern tip at present. The final map is quite large. I decided to
do it as a single A1 sheet (22"x33"), so evan as a compressed JPEG
PDF it comes out to be 35MB. If I take the export and turn it into a
pure jpeg It comes out to nearly 8MB at medium compression and 15MB
at fine. I'll probably release the final map as jpegs so that people
can crop and print portions that they might need for games, or if
someone has access to a large printer can get the whole map. :}
