[PnP] Tower Of The Dead PDF Is Available

I would be happy to have a copy of the pdf, since I do not seem to have 
one anywhere.
I do have the published copies of all the game additions that was 
printed other than the magazines, but not all in pdfs which are much 
easier to use.
