[PnP] Trademark Challenge?

At the risk of offending someone, I don't think that Powers and Perils 
is a strong enough brand to even worry about it. 

And no, I'm not saying the rules are bad - they are great!  And the 
setting is wonderful.  It's just a fairly obscure title that those lucky 
few of us managed to find.

You could call the game anything - it's the strength of the rules and 
the depth of the setting that make it unique.
