Yes, it's PnP, but not in the PnP world. Also, I think he still uses the original rules set, not v2.  However, he creates a very interesting scenario and his battle scene descriptions are top notch.  They are just like in some of the fantasy books...very addictive reading.

He has a yahoo group that the game is played in...called daijuupdate.  You can go thu some of the examples there...heck, one battle scene with Jace and Mardonius fighting spiders was awesome.
