  Updated my Culture Project files.

  If wout wants I can upload the zip again or just the updated files below.

  I could send it out to the list if needed as well if enough interest.

  Just figured I'd post these notes for quick reference.  Most of this
  should've been updated in 2005 but I'm a bit behind :)

    * Added Timbaza to Culpow.txt file was missing by mistake to the
      Barbarian culture/power info

    * Richard advised Donara is Law not Elder.  Old change but was updated
      in culpow.txt file. 

    * Back in 2005 Dave Sanders found the Lost Tribe of the Wallan.
      Richard commented on it and here is the excerpt:

      On map 11, near the Haunted Hills (site 13) is a tribe called
      The Wallan.

      They are part of the Assiran.  The tribal population  is 12,000.
      They can field 2400 warriors. The Wallan are  the most conservative
      of the Assiran tribes and, arguably, the most barbaric. They will
      have nothing to do with Valheim's overtures as they still consider
      those people to be the enemy. Where it not for the need to fend off
      the barbarians to the northeast, and their superstitious dread of
      the area to the west, they would probably try to do something about
      it. As it is, their attentions are concentrated on defending their
      lands and surviving.

      The chief of the Wallan with the greatest clout is Urgal of the
      Wallaniershi (NW part of their lands). He is 42 years old and took
      his first life when he was 12. He is noted as a master of the axe
      (EL13 in all forms thereof) and for his unflappable courage. He is
      not the most intelligent of men. In fact, he is more than a bit
      stupid. Thankfully, for the Wallan, he loves his wife (35 years
      old) dearly and her wit is faster than summer lightning. More often
      than not the strategies he follows are of her devising.

      The wife is Hodama of the Puessen, taken slave by Urgal while
      adventuring at the age of 23. By his 25th birthday she was a slave
      no longer. By his 26th she was his only wife. She is noted for her
      wit, beauty and vengefulness.

      Added the info to my Culsum.txt - Culture Summary file and to the
      Culture.txt files.  Culture.txt is just a text version of the culture
      book scanned info.  Just minor edits.  But Cultsum.txt is my master
      summary file for quick reference.

    * Bhmotin Economy info was missing from culture book.  Richard
      gave me the below info.  Added to my Culsum.txt, Culture and
      master land.txt file which is master copy of culture book text
      versoin with some minor other details.

      Economy: Bhamotin has a strong economy. Its foundation is agriculture
      and fishing. The hill regions produce high quality wood and have
      extensive mines. The primary metals found there are iron, copper and
      tin. They are noted producers of decent quality metal work and woven
      fabrics. Bhamotin has some sea trade. Given the endemic Climan
      problem, it is not as strong as it could be. Their main trade
      partner is Marentia. They also have overland trade with their other
      neighbors though it is controlled because the Primacy has no trust
      for Cerulea or the Rogizini Empire.

    * Minor edits to culsum.txt file including hard to read River info.
      River near Cholchara is Sich. River in Bhamotin is The Piaten.

    * Culmagic.txt [Slavery/Magic info file] updated with a note on
      slavery from Richard.
