[PnP] called shots

In combat the assumption is you're trying for deadly hits like a strike to
the neck. Those are called Deadly hits. If you introduce a mechanic that
allows a character to ignore the normal combat results table, you
significantly change the system.

Remind your players, that is there is a rule they can use, so can their
foes.
