Scott,
	I bet those bounces were occurring at the times when I was having issues with my ISP.  I have been running my own server for years but have had too many issues with my ISP’s static IP address not responding.  So I decided to go with a dedicated hosting service so bounces shouldn’t happen any more.  Yeah! :)
