Ok. This is phase 1 of the new encounter charts.
This just lists the monsters for each terrain. If
you see an issue with a selection or such let me know
please. I can reason it out if needed. I added
Grasslands and Tundra since they were missing.
Some things will be common snese. For example a water based
creature in a underground area? Sure there are ponds and
streams and lakes in caves so why not. One must use common
sense when using these charts.
Phase 2 will going over the old charts and adding or editing
the below. Phase 3 will be work on the actual charts.
