[PnP] Elf Hiding

Glad to see you back around.
This does add a bit more flair and edge to the elves over a hunter in cmamo.
Will think on this.
Didn't you do a STealth skill in your old New 
Skilsl stuff you did years ago?  My rules are on old pc whcih is off so can't
check.
