I'm not if some of apriest's abilities work like abilities and not spells, then, yes, it is quite possible they get it all at once assuming these are granted powers and not learned powers. After all, that's the difference between priests and mages: Granted abilities vs learned abilities. The deity can confer any level of ability he or she wants, can't they?
