Hope you didn't use m book 4 cheat notes file.  I made it in '90s
Didn't even care to spell check it.
But I use it for quick reference.  I did look online for book 4 and 
think i saw it.
But ignored it.
Its not for public really. ;)
Was spur of moment 30 years ago.
