[PnP] Lower World Magic

As i recall, Alfar are upper worlders with fairly direct access to the lower world, and most elemebtals are lower world, although Air is above the upper world.

Seems to me dieties shouldn't have any more difficulties bridging the two the Super Sidhe or Elementals. After all, weren't the 3 worlds 1 world, originally.

Think 5 dimensions rather than the 4 that we know about (4 to reflect 3 separate 3D worlds stacked on each other).
