[PnP] Creature powers

I was just re-reading the Innate powers rules.

I always thought it should be this way...but did you know that when creatures have intrinsic powers, such as Storm Powers used by a Sylph (air elemental), they cast them much faster than most magic users.

I was wondering about gods and their powers...prolly the same, but with a really, really high MEL...ouch!  Wouldn’t want to mess with them.
