[PnP] Martial Arts EL bonus - Does it apply to missile weapons?

Yeah that was one of those oddball Unarmed Combat / HtH rule is it 
did 1 skill per weapon.
We argued over that with Richard but as he always says you make hte 
rules. Nothing in pnp is set in stone .
