Well, with a little hacking I have created a small perl script that will
take a list of names, dissect it into parts and use the part to create
100 random names based on the input.  With that, here are the names of
the unnamed towns and forts as I presented to the list:

I will be sending the script and a sample list of Ma'helan names (all
