the Powers and Perils mailing list is a forum where P&P players can share
their ideas about the game or discuss about rules extensions.

It is not a play by email game or anything like that. It is a place to ask
other p&p players questions about the game and to share background material
and ideas for new rules. And as Denakhan pointed out, it is spurty.

My advice is to take a look at the archives, see the link above, and browse
through the backlog. That will give you an idea what the list is about.
