I'm a good.  We could work from the easy to the hard say from Book 4 to Book 3
Book 1
then probably the hardest for everyone book 2.  Not including the stuff in teh
PL set.
Course I'd rather have pure text than a eps or acrobat file but hey I'm set in
my ways :)
