I do so appologize for the mis-wording. I did indeed mean the Middle World,
not Lower World. As in, "What happened to Donara, it was here yesterday!"

PS. technically the rules are already bent. Elder creatures inhabit the
Upper, Middle, and Lower worlds. Being Gods they would be considered native
to the Upper World. Being Elder Gods they would be considered native to the
Lower World. It's kind of like the whole Jesus was a man, but also God
thing...

ps. a blast radius that affects only those in melee and occassionally (sp?)
passing by is pretty much good in my book. of course, one of my characters
has an EL 6 invulnerability amulet also...
