What's up? It's called Murphy's Law probably. The webserver at
http://www.powersandperils.org seems to go down once or twice a week. Still
haven't found the real problem, but from now on it should always get back
online within the hour. So if it is down in the near future,  try again one
hour later and you should get a connection. (I hope :> .)
