If an crafter wanted to work on stuff, he would be considered "busy" and
only get 1 point of training per day (2 points are for the truely idle).  If
he is very busy, he got nothing.

This is in addition to the free point of language gained, if they are
immersed in the language (i.e. WHile staying in Caldo, you would get 1 point
per day in Caldan).

People living in the wilderness (i.e. not hanging around the inns and bars
of a town, fort or city) gained 1 point per day in the terrain survival.

(NOTE: these two are personal house rules we have always played with)
