[PnP] Powers and Perils Rights

I look forward to helping in any way I can. One of the things I would say is
that each of us focus on one area of the books at a time or we take one
portion at a time (I know that some of the pieces work with others, I just
think it will help us to work out the bugs more).
With the programing aspect, I know that there are plenty of people on the
list here that can help, I also have lots of people that are programmers
that I work with at times.
