[PnP] Item spell immunity

Permanent Magics: Ensorcelment is somewhat vague on some things.

An Enchanter, attempting to ensorcel an item that grants Immunity to 
Chaos Magics would need to have Dispell/Banish Chaos at the EL of the 
item or higher. To make a defensive item that adds to MDV vs Chaos would 
need that EL or higher in Protection vs Chaos.

To make an item effective vs all magics the enchanter would need to know 
the spell vs all alignments, and could only enchant to the lowest EL of 
them.
