In 2004 or 2005 Scott and I had a discussion about costs for iron as raw 
material. Most of the discussion was in icq. Perhaps he has better 
records than I. We came to a conclusion about costs for iron ore, pig 
iron and quality iron - but I forget what that conclusion was.
