[PnP] Richard Snider

I am saddened by the news that Richard has passed away, as I see that
many of us are. He has enriched our lives by creating P&P and will
always be remembered by his creation.

I am glad to have been in contact with him since he contacted me in
April 1999.

P&P will live on (as will the site) and in that way Richard will have a
group of followers for years to come.
