[PnP] Ability check in P&P

Note that it isn't hard to have a Con high enough to make Easy tasks
automatic successes. The character I am currently running has a Con of
just over 50. A human male character with average rolls will have a Con
of 30 giving a 90% chance of making Easy Con rolls.
