[PnP] pnp Digest, Vol 121, Issue 1-Magic Items value

Book1, page 37, bottom section has rough rices for magic items. It doesn't account for differences in Mel or El.

It DOES say that value of Paraphenalia (the book's spelling) can vary by as much as a factor of 100. I suppose you could add a multiplier of x 5 for each level of mel or el.

I don't expect there is supposed to be exact pricing. Magic is meant be reasonably low powered, with Mels of 10+ being rare. Nor are magic enchantments regulated and cranked out in large quantity.Final price is likely to be a negotiation within the given guidelines. And it's a seller's market, not a buyer's
