a 25% chance to be a strong as Rock Trolls and not far off of Giants 
strength.    Human >male is so overpowered compared to others.   T

As Richard always said pcs were heroes.  Heroes should be 
extraordinary.  But you can always vary the RAcial mods to your will.

For example a Tundra male migh tbe less strong compared to one who 
deals cutting treesian  forest all day.
So homeland can vary stats.

Bad analogy.  But get idea.
City males migh tbe less as they are fat and rich compared to those 
who live and die fighting
wildlife.
