Looks like you have it correct for Rule 2. Remember that when studying
magic that is written books can add as well, so can get 3 pts per day per
Rule 7.4 if have book and instructor. Rule 2.22 and Rule 3 show points
gained for using (or attempting to use) the skill. Rule 4 is about training
characteristics.
