Yup, that's it!  Truly excellent supplement.  I've put a fair bit of
thought into merging a good deal of Harn and P&P material.  I prefer
the Harn skill system and skill list, the combat systems are quite
similar, and the basic magic system is reasonably compatible although
the power levels are light years apart!  I think a updated P&P could
benefit greatly at a look at the Harnmaster system.  Just my opinion
though....
